Making a Booking


  • In order to make a booking we require a copy of your full valid driving licence, as well as a copy of your passport, full Spanish address of where you will be staying and a contact telephone number.
  • To secure your booking we require a non refundable 15% deposit of the total price of your booking, with the remaining 85% balance due 10 days prior to your arrival.
  • Bookings made within 10 days or less prior to your arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • For your security we will never ask for your card payment details. All payments are made via a secure payment link using a trusted online payment system (SumUp).


Cancellation of Booking


  • Cancellations made up to 11 days prior to your arrival will result in the loss of your non-refundable 15% deposit.
  • If you have paid in full, you will receive an 85% refund of the total price of your booking.
  • If you would prefer, we are happy to move your booking to alternative dates resulting in no loss of payment. In the event of an increase in cost we will advise you of this at the time and the difference would be payable via a secure payment link.
  • All cancellations made within 10 days before your arrival will result in the loss of the full amount paid. In this event we will offer you 50% of your booking total as transferable credit.


Full refunds made due to exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of All in Autos and may be offered as credit towards any future booking.


Terms of Contract

The terms of the contract shall be agreed and detailed in your rental contract, should you wish to extend the term of the contract you must notify our office within at least 48 hours of the date of contract expiry in order for us to authorise the extension, depending on the vehicles availability. The cost of the extra days will need to be paid before a new contract can be sent.


If you wish to end the contract early, no refund will be issued for the days lost.


Our Vehicles


  • All of our vehicles are regularly serviced, repaired, fully insured, taxed and ITV’d and we ensure they are provided to you in good, working condition.
  • If a fault is found with the vehicle you must notify us immediately (on +34 611322410) To ensure we can rectify the problem at the earliest opportunity possible.
  • All necessary documents, tools, tyres and accessories are provided within the vehicle stated on the contract. You agree to return the vehicle in the same condition along with all the necessary documents, tools, tyres and accessories provided.
  • All of our vehicles provided to you are fully valeted and sanitised. You agree to ensure the vehicle is returned in an acceptable condition. If your vehicle is returned and needs additional cleaning to our usual standard there may be an additional charge of up to 75€ (depending on severity).
  • For the comfort and safety of all of our customers we have a strict non-smoking policy in all of our vehicles. This includes the use of vapes, elf bars and any other breathable substances. On return of the vehicle, should there be obvious use of any of these items (strong smell, ash, cigarette ends, empty elf bars/packets) there is a minimum charge of 75€ to a maximum charge of 200€ for an in depth valet of the vehicle including all air vents after returning the vehicle.
  • In the event of loss or damage to the key of your rental vehicle there will be a minimum charge of 150€ to a maximum charge of 300€.
  • The lessee is responsible for any punctures or damage to the tyres whilst under contract. In the event of a necessary repair or replacement this will be at the cost of the lessee. 


Insurance


All of our vehicles are insured with full Spanish fleet insurance with breakdown cover included, As with most policies there are things that will not be covered within the insurance these include loss of key, incorrect fuelling and damage/punctures to the tyres. Therefore we advise our customers to have their own car hire excess insurance. We do not sell this insurance directly to our customers, and it is optional is not a requirement for the rental.

Vehicle Use


The vehicle may only be driven by you as authorised in the contract, with a maximum of two additional drivers. You must advise us of the additional drivers, along with a copy of their full valid driving licence and a copy of their valid passport. Any driver must be over the age of TWENTY FIVE and hold a valid licence for a minimum of TWO YEARS.


The lessee must use the rented vehicle in accordance to the following terms of use:

  • No modifications may be made to the structure of the vehicle; Specifically, no roof rack, luggage and/or goods may be attached to the roof.
  • The vehicle may not be used to push or tow any other vehicle and or trailer.
  • The vehicle may not be used at sporting events or training sessions of any kind, or car material, accessory or product resistance tests.
  • The vehicle and any of its elements or tools may not be transferred, sold. sublet . mortgaged or pledged.
  • The vehicle may not be used under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
  • The vehicle may not be driven outside of Spanish mainland territory.
  • The milometer may not be manipulated or unsealed and the lessee must notify any damage there to. Mileage is measured using a milometer or using road maps should this break.
  • The lessee must stop and immobilise the vehicle if they detect any fault or if there is a warning light indicating any malfunction; They must immediately contact All in Autos or its roadside assistance company.
  • The rented vehicle may not be used to transport passengers or goods for commercial or industrial purposes.

ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS WILL RESULT IN ALL IN AUTOS COLLECTING THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AND ANY MONEY PAID WILL BE LOST.


ANY DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE AS A RESULT OF BREACHING THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WILL RESULT IN THE INSURANCE COVER BEING INVALID AND ALL COSTS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE LESSEE

Driving Infringements and Fines


You are responsible for the cost of any and all fines received during the rental period as detailed on your rental contract. We will provide you with a copy of the fine by email and payment will be required within 48 hours in order for us to pay this promptly on your behalf to prevent any increased charges. There will also be an admin fee of 15€.


If payment is not received within 48 ours, we will promptly pass your details to Traffico as the named driver for them to deal with you directly.


Fuel Policy


We work on a full to full fuel basis, your vehicle will be provided to you with a full tank of fuel and is expected to be returned with a full tank of fuel.


We understand that on occasion you may be running late for your flight and not have time to re-fuel, in this event you will be charged for refuelling the vehicle to full, in which we will provide you with a receipt.

On the first occasion we will not charge you an admin fee, however if this happens on a regular basis you will be charged an admin fee of 15€ on each subsequent occasion.


In the event you use the wrong fuel when refuelling the vehicle, you must notify us immediately. Using the wrong fuel will incur a minimum charge of 300€.
